I only gave this 3stars because ofthe customer service. Istopped into get some help filling out the paperwork which would transfer the home phone number from myaccount tomy mom's account.
The gentlemen who was attempting tohelp uswasn't quite sure how todo itso heasked his coworker. She said she knewhow, but Instead ofoffering tohelp usas soon asshe was done with the customer she was helping, she told uswe'd have tocome back the nextday!! REALLY?!?!00

The staff isfriendly but the whole setup isnot good atall. You will wait forever. Isaw 3people walk out because ofthe wait. Idon't think having aphone store ina spectrum office isa good idea. They have always had await issue now itis somuch worse.

Unfriendliest place I've beenin. They specialize inavoiding giving any help. Even tothe point ofreferring you toother mobil stores. Broadband and TVis even worse. That's what you get with amonopoly

Great service, with friendly, well trained staff inBiddeford. Ialso have homes in3states. Great coverage for mobile service and always great service everywhere. Ialways experience super fast internet atall locations and only 1overnight outage inone location over 3year period, and that due toa lightening strike.

My modem stopped working and soI brought itto the Biddeford Spectrum store toexchangeit. There was nowaiting and the gentleman that helped mewas incredible. Healso lowered mybill byalmost half when Isaw that Iwas onan ancient Time Warner plan and doubled myinternet speed. Hewalked methrough the process ofsetting upthe new equipment and made sure that Ihad all the necessary cords.

I had aunique and difficult problem transferring myphone number toa new Spectrum account. Tim atthe Biddeford Spectrum store went above and beyond toensure Iwas able tosuccessfully move mynumber, and heeven worked with customer service tocredit myaccount for the trouble. Ihighly recommend visiting Tim for all ofyour Spectrum service needs.

I just went topay mymonthly Spectrum Bill— and had areally bad experience that appears tobe Spectrum taking advantage ofits customers.
I tried 3—4times toschedule afuture payment the day prior toit beingdue. Each time Igot afailure— try again later— message. Itried over a20minute period.
Tried toaccess the feedback forum and got anerror message that the page could not toaccessed.
Their message back tome tolearn more about the failure told meI needed tocontact myfinancial institution— because that was the cause ofthe problem.
I had mydoubts, sothen Itried topay the bill using their Pay Now feature. Guess what happened? This worked just fine.
Then Itried tocontact their chat support toissue the complaints. This person did nothing but provide meother numbers tocall toissue the complaints.
I did not dothis, but Idid try the feedback form again and this worked. Hopefully a3rd party solution, but probablynot.
Finally, Icame here topublicly share mynegative experience with Spectrum.
If these guys did not have amonopoly inthe ISP industry, Iwould goelsewhere.
Service fees goup each year like clockwork and they are never minimal upticks.
