  I ONLY give four stars because ofan incident with them, from when webought our refrigerator and gas stove from them last year. First, our delivery was not completed onthe day itshould've been due toa miscommunication atthe warehouse, sowe were about two days without afridge orstove, inour new home. When wedid get oustive, the wrong one was delivered. Itwasn't until Ishowed them photos Ihad taken, ofthe correct stove, that they agreed toreplaceit. Itwas incredibly hard toreachsomeone and took multiple days and calls toget itresolved, but only because Iwas assertive and persistent.

  I'm going toclose this review with the great experiences I've had here. Wejust purchased our second washer/dryer set from them and isdue for delivery onTuesday. The first set webought was purchased about 7years ago (which they delivered, installed and hauled off our old ones)and just recently, the washer stopped spinning. Dryer still works perfectly, but wejust decided tojust purchase awhole newset. This will beour third time doing business with them and wewill continue todoso. The employees are super nice and attentive and they even let usbuy some stands that actually belonged toanother washer/dryer set bcI have mobility issues and cannot bend down toload and unload afront loading washer/dryer. They arent great about answering the phones bcthey are SOBUSY and there isnt alot ofstaff inthe warehouse, soyou just have tobe patient, ortake the initiative tofind someone tohelpyou. This isa wholesale/scratch and dent warehouse, not freaking Sears orMaytag oreven BestBuy. You're saving hundreds, sometimes thousands ofdollars onnew appliances. They arent hurting for business, sokissing customers behinds arent really necessary and ifyou're wanting tobe waited onhand and foot for your imperfect appliances, this isn't the place foryou.

  i would not recommend this place atall…i bought afridge from them and aweek later itwentout. called several times toget itfixed and the Customer Service Rep John was sorude. He’s always dry and have anasty attitude when heanswers the phone. Ihave been without afridge for 2weeks because they don’t answer the phone orreturn phone calls. Ihave left several messages and still nothing. Why doyou have tocall usback when YOU are ready toschedule. This isbad customer service and lackof customer support.   I was told togo look ata few refrigerators then she would come assist mefound two nice french door high-end refrigerators Iwas interested inand they didn't have aprice onthem Iwas trying toget price topurchase either one but Inever get any help Iwalked around for like 30-45minutes and nobody ever asked doI need help the same woman that told meshe would help meI seen her helping others and she never came back tome asI was leaving the office she was sitting back down inthe office,I guess mymoney isn't good there!   Appliance wholesale center, located at2253administration drive, has made our attempt topurchase areplacement refrigerator that actually works very challenging. On07/13/2022, Ipurchased aused refrigerator that Iwas told was operating very well and itwas delivered on07/14/2022. After 7days the refrigerator stopped cooling. Icontacted the store and made them aware ofthe situation situation, and they agreed toswap the refrigerator out for aworking replacement refrigerator. Fast forward toSaturday 07/23/2022, and the replacement was delivered atapproximately 1700hours. The 3man crew delivered the appliance and removed the out ofserviceone. They dropped itoff, and hooked upthe necessary water lines and left. Noone stayed toensure that the replacement refrigerator was working properly. After attempting toallow the replacement tocool down, wediscovered that this refrigerator was not working atall. Wewere hoping that someone would doa function test ontheir equipment prior toselling and delivering the appliances. Ultimately, itis now July 25th, and weare exactly inthe same spot that wewere inon 07/13, noworking refrigerator. The only difference isthat weare 1100dollars lighter inour wallets. Wecontacted the store on07/25/2022requesting arefund, and wewere told that wehad tocontact the General Manager for our refund. This method seemedodd, considering the GMdid not take part inthe sale ofthe broken appliance. Inan ideal situation Iwould like for someone from the management team contact usto help inour attempt topurchase aproduct that actually works. Well after two days ofwaiting for delivery’s and trying tosalvage the food that wecould, weare ina very uncomfortable and unfair predicament.… – show

  Absolute horrible experience. Weattempted towalk inthe front door, per their signs and every other visit we’ve made there. Carrying anewborn, wewere turned away and told togo through the back. Once inthe establishment, Sales manager was extremely rude and degrading. Will NEVER spend asingle penny here. Horrible people and business practice!

  Appliance Wholesalers. Big operation. But Iwant tolet you know. Sandy handles the business like it’s her own mother. Her word isGold. She makes things happen. She goes way beyond tosolve any issue. Whether you buy New orUsed. She isthe goto person. Ipray they always keepher. Ifnot that company will goto the dogs. Happy toa degree. Wade was helpful. But after the sale isover iswhen the real service begins. Heshould bea salesman. Not atech. But keep his word!Even down tothe dryer feet and electric cord onthe dryer.
